Account Manager

Codefuel - Holon, Israel - Full Time

As a member of Codefuel’s Account Management team you will be responsible for managing the post-sales relationship with our partners, becoming their go-to resource and advocate for customer success within Codefuel. This role involves ownership of the growth of existing partnerships, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, as well as managing the deployment of new accounts. You will be trusted to manage and coordinate between cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally, including Product, Sales, and Compliance teams, to facilitate timely and successful launches and ongoing project management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Codefuel’s publishers while building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify up-sale and growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Manage internal resources (Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Analytics, Sales) to deploy, optimize, and upsell web, software and mobile partners
  • Work closely with clients to analyze and optimize product performance by communicating details of campaign deployment
  • Support clients for all needs and requests regarding new and existing business
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating with other departments, both internally and externally
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs and objective

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of digital or technology experience in a client facing role, experience in search monetization and/or digital marketing is a plus
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (both locally and virtually)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills - in writing and verbally
  • Proven track-record of problem-solving
  • Strong knowledge of campaign metrics and goals in monetization, web analytics and measurement
  • Demonstrated track record in user acquisition/retention, account revenue growth and retention, and creative problem solving skills
  • Experience working in Salesforce preferred
  • knowledge of any programming language (C, C#, Java, JavaScript, etc.), HTML, CSS – a Plus.
